Where is Retro Astronaut based?

We are based in the United Kingdom.

 

Where are the products Retro Astronaut sells from?

Each framed photographic print sold on our shop is printed in the United Kingdom or in the USA depending on where you are ordering from.  This helps make deliveries quicker but also more sustainable.

We curate all of the images we sell from stock of licensed photographs.

We then edit them for colour, contrast, vibrancy and more to create the final images.  In a few cases we may use an ai tool to erase certain things we do not want to include. That is the only ai used.

Where we can determine who the original photographer is we always credit them and donate a percentage of the profit made on each sale to them.

 

Why does Retro Astronaut not offer returns or exchanges?

Every product we currently sell is made and printed bespoke for each customer once you complete your order.  Your lovely new notebook or framed print do not exist until you order them....they are completely brand new and fresh from the printers made to order just for you.

We also help sustainability by only producing products once they are sold. 

But do not worry, we are here to help if you have any issues with your delivery.  If your new item arrives damaged please take photos of the damage and get in touch straight away.

 

What if there is a problem with my order or it is damaged when it arrives?

At Retro Astronaut we pride ourselves on providing the very best customer service possible.  Rest assured that does not end the second you have paid us for your order.  We see that as only the start of our journey, and our responsibility to you our customer.

We keep a track on every order made to ensure it arrives in a timely fashion.

If the worst does happen and your order is damaged in transit or there is a problem do not panic.  Get in touch with us immediately via the contact form on our website or at hello@retroastronaut.com and we will work hard to quickly resolve the problem.  Make sure you take photo's of any damage to the product and/or damage to packaging straight away so you can send them to us.  We can pass these on to our couriers.
